Regent’s Hall is a landmark residential development in the heart of Ashbourne, Co. Meath — contemporary apartment living that combines considered design with real energy efficiency.
Beneath its three apartment blocks lies a full basement — a substantial heavy civil-engineering undertaking of deep excavation, piled foundations, drainage and reinforced concrete, delivered in-house by Flannery to form the foundation of the entire scheme.
Regent’s Hall is also the setting for Flannery’s current flagship, Ashton, a new building of 35 apartments completing in Autumn 2026.
